From 30 October until 03 November 2011 Hotzone Solutions Middle East conducted a CBRN Special Event Management and Planning course for the Chemical Defence of the United Arab Emirates.

This course aimed at increasing the preparedness of the CD/UAE to support large events, in this case the Formula 1 in Abu Dhabi.

Course participants, military and police officers, learned about the military and civilian cooperation in the area of CBRN, to identify problematic areas and how to apply military standards and procedures in a civilian environment.
