The participants came from UAE, with various professional backgrounds, such as Police, Airport police and EOD.
During the 5-day course, the participants underwent training with chemical warfare agents. The focus of the training course was on safety, protection, detection, decontamination and scenario based exercises.
The training took place in the Czech Republic at our partner training facility VOP-026 Sternberk in Vyskov. In the course of the week the participants conducted 4 hot zone entries with blister and nerve agents.

Hotzone Solutions conducted a first of its kind Train-the-Trainer Live Agent Certification Course for its own instructors and lead consultants in Vyskov, Czech Republic, in May 2011.
The participants came from over 10 countries, with various professional backgrounds, such as Police, Fire Fighting, Military and international arms control.

On 09 July 2011 Hotzone Solutions and the Chornobyl Center, Ukraine, signed a cooperation agreement.
Through this agreement Hotzone Solutions is widening its range of services in the area of radiological training, testing and consulting. The Chornobyl Center is providing scientific and technical services in the area of nuclear energy and radiation protection; the center is a state scientific research organisation which is managed by the state agency for the Management of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. This agency is situated in the Ministry for Emergency Situations (MES), Ukraine.
Hotzone Solutions is now in the position to offer radiation training courses as of spring 2012, together with field testing of equipment and procedures, on the premises of the Chornobyl Center and in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, including the evacuated town of Pripyat, situated in the ChEZ.

Following the accomplishment of its first “in-house” NDE training course to OPCW inspectors back in December 2010, Hotzone Solutions just delivered a six weeks NDE training course to OPCW NDE specialist.
From 23 May to 1 July 2011, HZS consultants have delivered a NDE certified training course to OPCW inspectors, at OPCW offices. The purpose was to provide OPCW NDE specialists opportunity to practice and improve their technical skills and theoretical knowledge in use, with different NDE methods.
